Forms - Radio Button Questions

Radio Buttons allow users to select one answer.

Open the Form you wish to edit from the list of Forms.

Select the "Option" button.

A page will automatically be added to the right of the Form Preview.

Select the Radio Button option format.

Fill out the appropriate fields for the question, then select save.

A preview will be generated to the left.
