What are Messaging Templates
The stages of a request

Messaging Templates are standard messages used to quickly respond to guest's requests. They can be edited, but are useful to respond with a standard degree of professionalism and efficiency.

How to create and add a template

Go to Staff Management > Team.

Select the team in which you wish to add Templates, then scroll down to Messaging Templates.

Click the button to create a new template.

Add a title and body text for the Messaging Template, then select

Create and Add Template
