Our guests are not receiving any text messages from the hotel

If your guests have entered a valid number but do not receive any SMS messages sent by hotel, they may have an unsupported carrier.

To review the list of supported carriers, visit Twilio's SMS Guide.

  1. Select the proper country.

  2. Scroll down to the In Depth Section and review the list of carriers.

  3. If the carrier is not listed on the page, then it is not supported by our product and will not be able to receive SMS messages.
