I can't log in to the Runtriz portal

If you are having difficulty logging into the Runtriz portal, please review the following:

  • Can you access and browse the web? Launch your web browser and confirm you are able to visit other websites. If you cannot, please contact your local IT.

  • Are you using the correct URL?

  • Are you receiving any error messages?

  • Check to make sure caps-lock isn't on and carefully reenter your log in credentials.

  • See if other users on your team are experiencing login issues.
