Why am I not receiving an email when a guest submits a request?

If you're having trouble with email notifications when a guest submits a request, please review the following:

  • Make sure your email address is spelled correctly in Staff Alerts.

  • Confirm that your email is checked off for the appropriate team and Alert in Staff Alerts.

  • Check your email's spam folder.
