Forms - Text Input Questions

Text Input Questions are used to collect answers for free response questions.

Open the Form you wish to edit from the list of Forms.

General Text Input

Select the "Text Input" button.

Fill out fields. A preview will automatically generate on the left-hand side under Form Preview.

Apply Large Field

Check off the "Large Field" box for a larger free response text box.

The text box will immediately enlarge on the Form Preview page.

Enter Optional Label

Labels are additional text (questions or simple headers) placed above the text field.

First, select "Enter optional label"

Fill out the editing field.

The text will then appear on the left-hand side under the Form Preview.
