Add service charges, such as delivery fees, taxes or gratuities to the In-room Dining Cart, to apply them when guests submit certain types of orders.
Locate "Teams" under the Staff Management section.
Select your In-Room Dining Team, then Carts.
Open the appropriate room service cart and select "+ Add New Fee".
There are three types of fees you can apply to a cart:
Flat Fees. Example: Add $7 delivery charge
Percentage. Example:Add 15% delivery charge)
Cumulative Percentage Fees. Includes any fees in the calculation. Example: Add 10% tax fee based off total charge.
To create a % fee, uncheck 'Flat Fee'.
Add a name and value, then "Add Fee".
