Can you access and browse the web? Launch your web browser and confirm you are able to visit other websites. If you cannot, please contact your local IT.
Are you using the correct URL?
Are you receiving any error messages?
Check to make sure caps-lock isn't on and carefully reenter your log in credentials.
See if other users on your team are experiencing login issues.
